Math textbook
Math workbook
notebook
folder
pencils (only)
small pencil sharpener

Grading
Grading for the year will be as follows:
Tests and Projects (projects will be equal to 2 test grades) - 40%
Quizzes - 30%    Homework - 20%      Class Participation - 5%     Cooperation - 5%

Homework
All homework is expected to be completed and handed in the day after it was assigned. Failure to hand in homework will result in a zero for that homework assignment.

Extra Credit
No extra credit will be given!

Conduct/Behavior
All students are to act appropriate and mature in class at all times, any behavior, which could be deemed inappropriate will be handled accordingly. Also, all students will give each other the respect and support needed ( we are after all a  Christian community :) .

Attendance
Attendance is important to the success of the child, excessive absents will eventually effect a student's grade. It is very important to try to be in school as much as possible, however if a child is absent it is he/she responsibility to get the work or to complete a test/ quiz missed. I will not hunt a child down for them to make up an assignment, as Jr. High students they should be responsible to ask for their own work.
