Go to
https://sis.camdendiocese.org
Type your user name and password in the appropriate boxes and hit enter or
click the GO button.
Welcome Screen
On the left, you will see two groups, the students in your household,
and the contacts in your household.
Contacts
You can click on your own name, not any others.
The star indicates the primary contact person.
If you click on your name, you can update your work information, cell phone
numbers, email address and other details by typing in the boxes and clicking
the save button at the bottom.
User Name and Password changes You may want to change your User
Name and Password to something easier to remember. This can be done under
the Family Contacts page when you click on your name. There are restrictions
to the password, as detailed on the paper that went home with your login
information.
Note that passwords must fill the following guidelines:
• Contain both upper and lower case letters.
• Include numerical figures and punctuation characters as well as
letters (e.g., 0-9, ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ ~ + = ; : ’ ” < > ? ).
• Be composed of at least 8 alphanumeric characters and one of the
special characters shown above.
If you change this information, you will need to hit the Save button at
the bottom of the screen.
My Student Information
Click on your student's name to see information.
By grade, you are able to view the following information:

- Schedule: What classes your child is taking and the teacher's
name.
- If your system is configured to send email, you may click on the
teacher's name to send an email.
- To see assignments that have been entered for this class,
click on the Assignment icon. The name, date, due date, category and
total number of point of the assignment are detailed. More information
can be found by clicking on the assignment name.
- Grades can be viewed by clicking on the Grade icon. This
screen will show you each assignment and the grade. A summary is shown
below to indicate the progress overall to date. Each assignment is
categorized and each category is defined as to its percentage of the
total grade. Remember, final grades are made up of test and quiz grades
as well as other factors. The total grade shown may not accurately
represent your child's performance. Your teacher can help clarify as
needed.
- Assignments: This tab will show upcoming assignments that have
been entered into the Student Information System. The assignment will
appear when it is due within two weeks.
- Grades: This tab allows you to view grades by class. Click on
the list arrow and select the class you wish to view. Grades by assignment
are show. If the assignment has not yet been graded, it will appear
without a grade.
- Attendance: This tab allows you to see details on your
student's attendance. The default view is for the current week. To view
another time frame, click on the list arrow in the top left and select the
range you wish to see.
- Report Card: Report cards are not displayed at this time, but
will be available at the end of the term.
There are other tabs available across the top of the screen.
Home: This will take you back to the welcome screen.
Financials: This page is not being used at this time.
Contact School: This screen allows you to send a message to the
school without the use of email. It goes directly to the Principal.
Logout: This logs you out of the system.
