PTA News:

This organization coordinates a variety of activities for the School’s families as well as fundraising efforts. Activities include: Swim Night, Riversharks Baseball night, Casino Night and Walk-a-thon. Their efforts have made it possible to purchase playground equipment, SMART board materials, as well as to make renovations to the gym and exterior of the buildings.

Parent Handbook:

This Handbook provides details on the policies and plans of the School in compliance with the regulations of the Diocese of Camden as well as the State.  It is important that parents be familiar with its content. Parents are expected to read the Handbook and submit the attached form indicating their agreement as part of the contract between School and Home.

Foods are prepared in the School cafeteria. The menu is posted monthly.

 

Baby Sitting Available!

There are high School students willing to offer their services in  babysitting during school events.  Please contact Sr. Helen for a list.

School Store

Our school store offers a variety of items for sale such as gym attire, sweatshirts, jackets, magnets and American Girl Doll uniforms. The orders are filled weekly. 

A new company is providing much of the clothing – Power Imaging from Hammonton.

 

Emergency Information:

In case of emergency school closings, tune to 6 ABC.

 

Health Information:

Policies and plans regarding such issues as food allergies and medications are contained in the School Handbook. A nurse is scheduled for the school day to assist in any student needs, monitor vaccinations received or required as well as to perform legislated examinations such as scoliosis testing.

CAP-Fingerprinting:

These are required of all parents and volunteers as well as employees who come into contact with our children.  CAP session information is available on the Diocesan website (www.camdendiocese.org) as well as on the School’s website. Fingerprinting is done with Morphotrak as contracted through the Diocese. Parents and volunteers can come to the school for the required forms and information about the process.

 

SMART Tuition Assistance:

In order to qualify for tuition assistance, families are required to complete the attached form BEFORE December 31st so that forms can be processed prior to registration for the following school year.

Fundraising Activities:

The PTA organizes various activities to benefit families as well as to support the School. These include: Yankee Candle Sale, 50-50 Raffle, Casino Night, and Flower bulb Sale. Fundraising is not mandatory but participation is appreciated. Monies are used to purchase services needed for the School. Other ways to support fundraising efforts can be found below.
